The white background suits the wall decal beautifully. The space required for the decal is compact and hence it is perfect for small areas like the one in the image. The black contrast of the television set and the dark toned table is the perfect setting to say the least. Not to mention, the background white curtains which again provide some drama to the room.

 The installation of the wall decal has been done perfectly by placing the elements above the curtains in the room. The dining hall is not large or small; it is medium in size, which says a lot about the lengthy wall decal. Instead of installing it on the wall, which might not have suited the room, it has been rightly placed on upper part of the room.

 This probably would be the best image of all. The light colored ambience with the large wall decal on the background and the white colored background is perfect. Not to forget the single light on top, giving the right amount of balance to the appearance of the room. The furniture too blends in well with the wall decal along with the lighting.

The white background and the dark toned bed with the mirror which combines as the furniture and blend well with the well decal, which was the ultimate aim.

It gives the right amount of flavor and balance to the room. The book shelf has been placed just in the right manner. The dark toned bed and the white background gives the room a totally different dimension.

Here is another view of the living room where the wall decal has been installed magnificently. You can get the real picture of the wall decal highlighting itself in the room. The living room calls for a large wall decal and that is what has been installed in here. Smaller looking wall decal would not have gotten the same look and appearance, which has been achieved here.

 Overall, it is truly a fantastic work of installation done by the home owners. The apartment or individual home where this is based was otherwise, only a home, but has been now been transformed into a more beautiful and artistic home.

It was a chain of e-mails that Nisha exchanged with Rakesh, one of the coordinators for KC Wall Decal. Nisha sent across photographs of the design she had in mind and photographs of the room, stating where she wished to place the baby’s crib. But that was not sufficient to understand her requirements fully, as dimensions were missing. On the following e-mails that were exchanged Nisha and Rakesh swapped information about the dimensions of the wall, height of the crib and how she wanted her wall mural to look. Once things were clearer, the KC Wall Decal designers got down to work.

They produced two plans according to Nisha’s requirements and she made alterations, finally there was a design which exactly matched Nisha’s thoughts.  The tree with spread out branches and abundance of flowers made a great impression!

  

Now was the time to give the design its final touch. Nisha wanted the tree to give an illusion of coming out from behind the crib with low branches covering the wall, touching the crib. She wanted flowers mainly over the crib and not to spread out the other side of the door. Nisha also had specifications about the flowers she wanted; without a hollow center and fuller in look, to give a feeling of abundance. All heeded, designers of KC Wall Decal produced something which perfectly coincided with their customer’s thoughts and she gave them a green signal to go ahead with the production. Money matters and budget was discussed separately and charges were not bank breaking!

 The branches, flowers, birds, butterflies, pandas and owls; everything came in separate pieces giving plenty of option to put them up as Nisha wanted. The final installation was a cake walk with the company’s help and the end result….you got to judge for yourself!!

Moreover, the inspiration was Game of Thrones. If they could create such brilliant drama on screen with a fictional story and characters, then we thought there are innumerable braver heroes than John Snow and Ned Stark in the pages of Indian history. There certainly are descriptions of women more beautiful than Khaleesi in our past.

We wanted to bring them back to life. They are as of now confined to the walls of palaces and the pages of history books.

We imagined Mastani to be brought to life again and the brave Indian warriors positioned proudly on every Indian wall.

We believe these designs in magnificent real-life sizes of 4-6 feet will create a splendid new mode of indoor decor. It will etch a piece of India in the home forever. It will embed the grace of the Ashwamedh and of the Airawat in the wall.

Let’s start at the very beginning so that you can get the entire essence of the project. The residential property for which our client Mass Interiors approached us with the requirement specially designed wall decals is located in a posh locality of Khar ghar. It’s a three bedroom apartment in Palm Beach Residency and Mr Ashraf Khan from the interior décor agency wanted to adorn the home with a ‘God Father’ theme. You must be as surprised as we were when Mr. Ashraf approached us for the first time. The owner who is extremely fond of ‘God Father’ had a particular requirement which needed to be catered to with customized wall decals of particular sizes and designs.

‘God Father’ is nothing new to the world and the crime based movie featuring Al Pacino has won hearts since 1972, when it was filmed. However, it has also not been a regular theme for wall decal choices and needed a little bit research before the apt pieces could be produced to go with the apartment interior. Our designers were at work immediately pulling up quotes and silhouettes that would set well with the background selected by our client. The base colours where the wall decals were supposed to go up were mainly shades of mahogany and white. 

Finally a range of quotes and suitable images were presented to the client who was very supportive and clear in his mind about what he wanted. He picked six quotes and some silhouette wall decals for the purpose. With his approval, KC Wall Decal created a marvelous blend of art work on imported thin vinyl that looks like a painting after it is applied properly. The installations were done by our team on the bed room closet doors, walls of window extension, overhead wall panel and more.

Not only that, our patron’s unique choice also required a special ‘ The Beatles’ wall decal for one of the stretches in the living area. The special design was created by the team after much research, with a line and shadow effect that’s simply mind blowing.

The end result was something extremely bold, plush, eye catching and exclusive just as you can see in the photographs.
